Comprehensive 1:1 coaching that covers all aspects of development. No stone is left unturned here. Clients will receive a full diet plan and training programming specific to their goals. Whether it is losing body fat and getting leaner, adding muscle, training for sport, competitive lifting, or fitness enthusiasts trying to optimize performance and body composition, it will be covered at a high level. We will start with a questionnaire where I intake all relevant information specific to the individual to put the baseline plan together. From there, it is a full on coaching service. We will do a weekly check in to discuss how the training week went, I will evaluate bodyweight, body composition, recovery, performance, feedback on the diet, digestion, and make any necessary changes to the program and diet. I will also evaluate training footage and provide feedback on technique, execution, and anything the client may want input on. Clients will have my personal cell and access to me throughout the week via text with any questions that may pop up. I encourage a high level of communication and strive to establish a relationship with each individual I work with. We are working TOGETHER through this whole process.

We will cover ALL components including training, technique, diet, hydration, supplementation, sleep, recovery, lifestyle habits, and more.
