Comprehensive 1:1 coaching for addressing any goal with nutrition. To begin, I collect a thorough list of information specific to the client to put together their baseline diet. We begin by identifying the goal: This may include losing bodyfat and get leaner, adding muscle, optimizing digestion and gut health, fueling training and recovery, or full-on competition prep for bodybuilders or lifters. After identifying the goal, I will gather all relevant information such as day-to-day lifestyle, their current training/workout routine, access to cooking and prepping food, any food intolerances and preferences, and more.
After writing the initial plan, it is a full-on coaching service from there. We will do a weekly check in via email or phone where I evaluate bodyweight and body composition, as well as client feedback covering digestion, appetite, energy, sleep, diet adherence, and more. Based on this weekly evaluation, I will adjust the diet accordingly to keep progress moving in the right direction, and further dial in the plan for the individual, their body response and lifestyle demands. Clients will have my personal cell and access to me throughout the week via text with any questions that may pop up. I encourage a high level of communication and strive to establish a relationship with each individual I work with. We are working TOGETHER through this whole process. This service is open to any demographic. I work with the general population looking to improve their health and body composition, serious athletes preparing for sport, active military, as well as lifters and bodybuilders chasing extreme goals. We will cover all components from the diet, to hydration, supplementation, sleep, lifestyle habits and more.
