Training
Comprehensive 1:1 coaching and programming for any goal. I cater to powerlifters, strongman competitors, athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts looking to get stronger or add muscle. For athletes, I offer programming for both the weight room and field work (speed, change of direction, conditioning, etc.).
To begin, I collect a thorough list of information specific to the client to put together their baseline program. We begin with a questionnaire to cover any injury history, equipment access, an ideal training frequency, any strengths and weaknesses that specifically need to be addressed, and more. From there I write the initial program. I typically program in 4 week blocks, however this may vary depending on the individual.
From there, it is a full on coaching service. We will do a weekly check in to discuss how the training week went, I will evaluate recovery, performance, feedback, and make any necessary changes to the program. I will also evaluate training footage and provide feedback on technique, execution, and anything the client may want input on. Clients will have my personal cell and access to me throughout the week via text with any questions that may pop up. I encourage a high level of communication and strive to establish a relationship with each individual I work with. We are working TOGETHER through this whole process.
