12 Week program centered around the foundational strongman events and developing well rounded strength for the demands of the sport. This program is built around overhead pressing, deadlifts, loaded carries, and all the accessory work needed to improve strength within all events. Work capacity, top end strength, movement and conditioning are all covered in this program. Although strongman implements are highly recommended, traditional gym equipment can be subbed in.
